Then and Now

Brian Haratsis established MacroPlan in 1985 as a response to the needs of business and government for innovative solutions to emerging problems in the property market. With experience in local government, State government and private consultancy, Brian used his research and analysis expertise to provide government and private clients with insightful development solutions that have shaped the Australian landscape we see around us.

Today, twenty years on, MacroPlan has a national presence with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. More recently, MacroPlan has been providing a range of services on an international basis, to locations including New Zealand, South East Asia and the Middle East.

MacroPlan employs professional and highly skilled feasibility analysts, property and retail economists, urban planners, market researchers, community infrastructure experts and GIS specialists. We understand community and political issues, which enables us to deal with the practicality and reality of achieving project outcomes.
