Growth Centres Commission - Riverstone & Alex Avenue Demographic Profile and Community Infrastructure Report

MacroPlan Australia was commissioned by the Growth Centres Commission (GCC) to undertake a study to assess the future demographic profile of the Riverstone and Alex Avenue Precincts in the North West Growth Centre. Furthermore, to develop a plan for appropriate levels of community facilities, social infrastructure and open space/recreational facilities required for the Riverstone and Alex Avenue Precincts. The study involved the following tasks:
