On a balmy evening in Adelaide, the illuminati of the South Australian property and political spheres gathered to celebrate the opening of MacroPlan's inaugural office. Whilst not physically held at the new King William Street office, the bar atop of a 17 storey building provided a spectacular venue with almost New York views. The crowd of the property sector’s leading lights, politicians and the top brass from the public service were captivated by Founder and Executive Chairman Brian Haratsis’s confident words about the potential of the South Australian market. He espoused his views that Adelaide and South Australia are on the upswing and that MacroPlan is firmly in South Australia for the long haul to work closely with the property sector to extract value from the opportunities to come.
But the story only starts here. MacroPlan is already hitting its straps in Adelaide where we are doing the Cost Benefit Analysis of the proposed planning reforms for the Government, as well as picking up a range of work from retail analysis through to more detailed property advisory services for some of the nation’s largest developers and investors.
If you have problems to be solved or need some assurance and confidence about the potential for new projects in South Australia, please do not hesitate to call one of the team who will be able to help you out. And if you are around King William Street and have some time, pop into our new office on the Ground Floor at 89 King William Street.
