Project Title: Penrith Supa Centre — Retail Economic Impact Assessment Client: Harvey Norman
Location: Penrith, NSW
Project Description: An Economic Impact Assessment (EIA) was undertaken for the future expansion of retail floorspace at the Penrith Supa Centa. The report considered the findings of Pitney Bowes EIA and provided an independent view and analysis of the proposed retail development. The report intended to provide a retail economic assessment to determine the market potential, outcomes and economic impact of the proposed development on the performance of the centre as a whole and across the broader region. This is of particular importance given the proposal would challenge the functional and operational aspects of the existing Penrith Regional Bulky Goods Centre (defined as the Penrith Supa Centa and Penrith Homemaker Centre).
