Oran Park Town Centre Future Demand for Commercial Space

Greenfields engaged Macroplan to assess future demand for commercial and retail floorspace in Oran Park Town Centre within the fast-growing Camden LGA in outer-southwest Sydney.

Camden LGA is a significant growth-area municipality with a large proportion of residents travelling outside the area for work.  With the planned development of the Western Sydney Airport, an increasing share of jobs will be located in the Camden LGA.

Our assessment explored future employment growth across the Camden LGA and the likely distribution of employment across the centres within the Camden LGA. Macroplan modelled population growth and industry-specific jobs growth to 2041. Our assessment of employment growth by industry formed the basis for commercial and retail floorspace forecasts for the Oran Park Town Centre.
