Macroplan worked closely with Alfasi Group and a multi-disciplinary team of consultants to prepare a feasibility analysis exploring the viability of several mixed-use development options and an economic assessment addressing several complex heritage considerations. Heritage Victoria recently approved the proposed redevelopment, which will transform the site into a vibrant, multi-use precinct whilst preserving its rich heritage.
