About
Lainey is an experienced property professional with a strong background across consultancy, government, and private development sectors. Lainey commenced her career at Macroplan in 2015, where she developed expertise in market research, analysis and economic impact assessments. Following her initial tenure at Macroplan, Lainey worked with the Victorian State Government, advising on property development opportunities for the Suburban Rail Loop project. She then spent three years as a Development Manager at ID_Land, managing multiple large-scale subdivision projects. Lainey has since rejoined Macroplan, where she now manages and advises on major strategic projects across residential, retail, health, industrial and commercial sectors.
