About

Yvette has over 20 years in the property sector with experience in property and economic research across the residential and commercial sectors, and since joining Macroplan in 2018, property economic consultancy. Her work covers a broad range of land uses including residential, retail, seniors, childcare and mixed use developments. She has extensive experience in market demand and needs assessments, economic impact assessments, demographic analysis, retail strategy advice and economic modelling.

Having lived in Brisbane for 20 years, Yvette has a strong understanding of market conditions and trends across Queensland; while her nation-wide project experience also gives her great insight into interstate markets.

Yvette’s previous roles include Research Manager (REIQ), Associate Director (Savills), Senior Research Analyst (CBRE) and Property Analyst (Ray White Commercial). Also as a former co-owner of multiple hospitality businesses for more than 10 years, Yvette has a strong understanding of the service and retail sector as well as consumer behaviour and marketing.

Over the course of her career Yvette has cultivated a unique and varied set of skills including high attention to detail, modelling and critical data analysis, strategic thinking, project management and client relationship development. Having provided consultancy work for both private and public sector clients, across Australia and New Zealand, Yvette places a high value on professional client engagement and sets a high standard on her analysis, reporting and advisory.
