About
Richard is an experienced consultant specialising in data science and retail economics, with extensive experience in population and economic forecasting, urban and regional land use planning and commercial advisory.
Richard has 7 years’ experience in the urban economics industry and has achieved a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science. In his Data Science role, Richard has worked on a broad range of projects involving small area population forecasts, supply and demand modelling, and automated data collection, interpretation and analysis. Currently Richard manages bespoke datasets not only for macroplan but also for a number of private clients.
Richard’s extensive background in economics and penchant for economic modelling and advisory makes him a unique and influential advisor for both public and private clients.
