About
Estella is a motivated and experienced urban economist and property analyst with 15-years experience in the urban economics and property industry.
Estella is a Manager in the urban economics & property research team at Macroplan. With a Master’s degree in development and planning, she worked previously in research and consultancy at Savills and urban economics at AECOM in China. Since joining Macroplan in 2012, Estella has gained significant experience and further developed in-depth skills working across a diverse range of projects within the public and private sectors nationally.
Her background and work experience position her as a high-performing team leader and equip her with core skills including land use economic and planning, economic forecasting, property market analysis, supply and demand modelling, feasibility studies and strategic advisory. Her project experience spans residential, retirement living and aged care, commercial office, industrial, healthcare, childcare, tourism and short-stay accommodation. She has experience with large-scale mixed-use urban renewal projects, as well as emerging market sectors such as build to rent (BTR) and land lease communities (LLC).
Her clients include Federal, State and local governments, many of Australia’s prominent landowners, leading developers and major planning and infrastructure agencies.
