New Epping Mixed Use Redevelopment (2017, 2022 and 2023)

Client: Riverlee

The Economic Impact Assessment measured the likely economic and social impacts that may arise from the New Epping development such as direct and indirect investment and output, employment growth, household expenditure, rates revenue for Council and other community benefits.

The Green Star Communities Cost Benefit Assessment addressed the likely return on investment relating to the built form and sustainable initiatives to be implemented at New Epping – specifically addressing Credit 20.1 and 20.2 of the Green Star Communities v1.1 Submission Guidelines. This assessment has been used to support Riverlee’s application for Green Star certification supporting the design and construction of the proposed New Epping development.
